1. General information
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases on this website from Danpure. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Scope
These terms apply to both consumers and businesses. Sections marked “(Business)” apply only to business purchases. In the event of a conflict between a consumer section and a business section, consumer protection applies to consumers.
3. Ordering and conclusion of agreement
You complete a purchase by adding items to the basket and following the steps in checkout. Before you confirm, you can review and correct your order. A binding agreement is concluded when we have sent an order confirmation to your e-mail. We encourage you to save the order confirmation. Contact us as soon as possible if the details are not correct.
4. Prices
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and stated incl. 25% VAT, unless otherwise indicated. For business customers, prices may be stated excl. VAT; the total price incl. VAT is always shown before the purchase is completed. (Business) We reserve the right to correct sold-out items as well as printing and pricing errors.
5. Payment
You can pay by card, invoice and bank transfer. The amount is only charged when the item is shipped. All payments are handled via an approved and encrypted payment solution; we do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
We offer the following delivery options: Own delivery. Expected delivery time is 3–14 working days from when the order is confirmed and paid. Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.
We also deliver abroad. For delivery outside the EU, customs duties, VAT and fees may be imposed in the destination country, which are payable by you. We recommend that you inspect the item upon receipt. If an item is damaged or delayed, you can contact us at info@danpure.dk.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period runs from the day you receive the item (for multiple items in the same order: from the day the last item is received). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us unambiguously before the deadline expires that you wish to withdraw.
You can withdraw quickly and easily via our digital withdrawal function: Withdraw your purchase. Here you confirm in a few steps and immediately receive a receipt.
You can also withdraw by writing to info@danpure.dk or by completing and submitting the standard withdrawal form. You do not need to state a reason.
After you have notified us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter. Return shipping is at your own expense. Return address: Industrigatan 19, 57476 Korsberga. You bear the risk for the item until we have received it, and we recommend secure packaging.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. You may examine the item as you would in a physical shop. We will refund the amount received incl. standard delivery costs without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided proof of having returned it. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases.

8. Right to complain
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can complain about defects that were present at delivery and that appear within 2 years. If the complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund or a price reduction. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect; a complaint made within 2 months is always considered timely. We cover reasonable shipping costs for justified complaints. For business purchases, the complaint period is 8 days from delivery, and the buyer must inspect the item immediately upon receipt and complain without undue delay. 9. Business purchases (Business)
Payment: net 8 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, interest and reminder fees accrue in accordance with the Danish Interest Act.
Retention of title: the goods remain our property until the full purchase price has been paid, to the extent that a valid retention of title can be agreed.
Delivery terms: ex warehouse.
Limitation of liability: our liability for damages cannot exceed the invoice value of the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including operating losses, loss of profit and loss of data.

11. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product or service, you can contact us at info@danpure.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can, as a consumer, submit a complaint to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark — naevneneshus.dk. You can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must state our e-mail address info@danpure.dk.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Any agreement is subject to Danish law. For consumers, disputes may be brought before the consumer’s home court and in accordance with the consumer protection rules under Danish and EU law. For business purchases, the venue is the company’s registered court. (Business)
